ordered a green one on sunday with the power combo and both prop sizes..

it sure looks like a blast to fly. The vertical takeoff is super cool. seeing just how slow you can take off allready sounds like fun....

what changes in performance do you see between the 2 prop sizes... in the vid i believe your running the larger prop.

Yes... video is with the 7 inch prop... have not tried the 6 inch prop yet, but some others have and are very happy with it as well. I think that if you are at a lower elevation the 6 in prop is probably the ticket... I fly at 6000ft and usually go to the high side of the recommended sizes.

+1 there are some nice tips in the manual specifically for setting up your controllers "Elevon" and also setting your max throws which is key for servo longevity. Also installing the servos with dried Welder's Adhesive is a pretty slick new method we like to do on all our EPP models now.

nice herc. love the way it stands up like that.

got the green one myself.

worked on mine just a bit last night. I stopped after making push rods and putting a coating of glue on the servos and the openings for them so i can try out the new method of putting them in without gluing them. i just let it sit overnight.

dont have a soldering iron at the moment. gotta see if i cant get a friend of mine to put some connectors on the motor for me. cant really get any further till then.

she looks great though. printing is nice.
