No, he doesn't need to. Its words are more in line with his view, than with yours.

Context is what exactly?

You are citing from the DofI, not from the Con and BofR.

Kenny, we're clearly not going to convince each other of anything so this thread's going nowhere. But let me ask you this: Would you prefer that your rights are God-given, unalienable and not subject to revocation by any man or government? Or would you prefer that your rights are granted by governments made up of men and that those rights are subject to the whims of those men and their governments?

Setting aside the argument about the US Bill of Rights for a moment, which would you rather have? I can't imagine anyone would prefer the latter. I can't imagine you'd prefer the latter, because if I were to come into an office that allowed me to tinker with mens' rights, my first action would be an executive order revoking your right to free speech. But as it is, you have the right to say whatever you want and no man or group of men in any branch of government can do a damn thing to attenuate your subversive prattle.

They are declaring their right to a free and independent government.
That right does not exist without the authority of people.

No, that isn't accurate. That Right existed. The other country was denying that Right. Kind of like you have been doing all this time.

The Right isn't denied, absent the authority of people. And, that wasn't the argument you were presenting anyway, it was a misrepresentation.

This is what you stated:

And you presented something that argued a different statement.
