The Atlantic is $249. I predict this will be $349 initial price.

Looks good

Cant believe it can fire water up to ten feet, pretty impressive. Our club already has a dedicated tow boat but maybe we have to add a fire boat just in case someone lights up on the water

I just talked to someone at Hobbico and they said release date should be around June 2013. No word as to price.

I must have fell asleep...

...I just found this thread.

I like the size...lots of room for us bashers to play...right Tom...

I could see dumping a load into this....brass railing, better pump...10 ft....lol...thats a joke...I can almost spit that far... Sound is a must...and of course...what we always have to have...more power....

I just don't see it doing real rescue duty or setting the buoys...I'll guess I'll have to pass for now...

Tower has it listed now. $399.99

I expect this will drop a bit.

Kmot, nice find... $400 is pricey, is it me or does it look 'unfinished' ie missing fittings and graphics.

Can't wait for the reviews to see how it sits on the water, as of now it needs about another $50-$100 to finish it off.

Just went back and looked at the RC Car Action page and was reading that this is the only large RTR fireboat available. They better hold that crown tight. Was on the Robbe website over the weekend. They are issuing the Dusseldorf fireboat as a ARTR. Current Euro to Dollar exchange $521.00.

Late to the party, but I really like this boat.

I may have to think about getting one this fall.

Tower now says it's currently unavailable until August.

If it's R/C, it's all good.

This is nowhere near ten feet of spray. Not even five.

Can someone confirm or deny this is worth $399?

It'll take another $100 - $300 to finish it off... is one better off with a kit? cuz this is gonna be a $500 - $700 project.

What is it worth to you??..."100-300 to finish it off"....well that depends on what you actually want...define "finish it off"????

Maybe its finished enough already for most people....maybe the masses will be happy with no extra finishing off...

Again..define your requirements/wishes/needs.
