Let's hope it was just bad luck/inexperienced driving, and not a weak spot in the chassis. Replacing an A-arm is usually less work than a complete chassis...

I was wondering would the batteries that fit the 1/16 traxxas vehicles fit the kemora, I am really liking this vehicle. Kinda trying to decide between the kemora or the traxxas 1/16th rally, leaning towards the Kemora

I have the Glamis and love it, coming from a pretty solid Baja this was a cute little brother. All in all a good little unit, well thought out though is lacking a little power. I have brought paddles and often bash on the beach, launch off objects and handles great. Have noticed it does strip ball ends pretty easy and wheels are pretty average, small whacks they whobble. I have upgraded to a 5000kv motor and has run pretty hard with the 3S and a 20T. A few weeks of hard bashing and a few times pretty hot it has now thrown in the ESC.
I have despite what many will say found it easy to mod and allow 2x 3S batteries and now ordered a Mamba 2 Combo, 2200kv motor, going to be a weapon!

Can follow my build on Facebook if interested: Vaterra Glamis Uno Build

LOL, my LHS just sold me a Kemora for $53 - I'll put up a review video when I get that done. It's a nice little car, very well made, and simple. I like the little pilot cockpit thing but I probably won't use it. I love the clear windows - might be able to put a camera inside! I'll be running a 2S Lipo as soon as I can find the right size.

Yeah I've painted rims for my xxx-scb using self etching primer first. I think aluminum would look even better than chrome anyway now that I think about it... if I want to emulate old buggy rims from the 70's like VW dune buggies... which is the reason I love the look of and bought these Glamis wheels.

painted JConcepts Tense...

I got some nice photos out at the field yesterday...

This thing isn't supposed to be SLOW, is it? I think my battery wasn't charged.

Oh I don't know... the 2S Lipo was fast enough to strip the gears. I think the gear lash wasn't set right from the factory, OR it could have just been damaged from the dirt, I don't know. It runs plenty fast though, I just had a dead battery on my first test I think. I had a lot of fun driving it yesterday - we were out doing demos for the public at a street fair, flying things mostly. I was running the car on a baseball field, and the dirt and chalk just made a huge mess. Cleaning and fixing today...
