I dunno, mine fell from about 80 feet in the air, and I picked it up and put it right back up. My kid distracted me and it smacked into a wall, and it flew. So if the geared ones handle stress better then I definately want one. Fly it in wind I'd normally put my other stuff away. Pretty durable little critter.

Well, we ARE talking about the difference between really durable and really, really durable. But, the biggest issue with the HeliMax 1SQ is the cost.

Hi Guys, Having taken your advices on board I am looking at two single prop 4 channel helis which look very similar. Both are available on amazon uk, The first is Lujex 4ch 2.4 ghz V911 and the other a Speed Master 2.4ghz. My understanding is that Lujex make Syma so I am thinking that may be the better of the two. You guys know your manufacters so I would be most grateful for your opinions. Thanks.

WL Toys (v911) is much better than Syma.
