eagle eyes setup HELP!!!!

after 2 hours i'm no closer to having a working tracking system

everything is fine on the craft
OSD pro, e-logger, guardian, gps and altimeter all working 100%
eagle is receiving gps info (I have the lcd display on it so I know for sure)

I went thru the setup for eagle eyes the best I could
it would ask to turn 90cw (clockwise) and 270 ccw (counter cw)
I did all that and when done
Nothing

i've been a mile out without tracking but i'm limited to under 2 miles till I get this working. i'm guessing I didnt setup something up right in the eagle setup as
it pans and tilts and even shows gps data on the lcd display on the eagle eyes itself

really wanted a diversity setup but i'm about to order a aat system if I cant get this working

Hi, sorry you're having trouble configuring the tracker. Can you let me know the following:

1) are you using the PC software or the on-screen menus to configure?
2) What version of our windows software (Help, About) are you running?

We'll get it sorted out for you.

running windows 7 x64 ultimate on my pc

I went back thru it and between each pan calibration I returned to 0 and it seems to help
I will try a test flight tomorrow

My pan servo can turn 360 degrees if that maters
I dont think the eagle eyes system calculates for 360 degree servo's

so looks like support around here is lacking a little

i've got it to almost PAN track correctly but the tilt seems to still not be doing much of anything
after the setup I can tell it to tilt max high or low from the pc and it does that fine but outside
its always just sits at the low or moves up maybe 3-7mm and thats it
even if i'm just 30meters away and 80 meters up

Sorry for delayed response - but I thought you were saying in your last post that you were going to try a flight and get back to us.

Re the tilt, can you confirm that you have calibrated the angles between 0 and 90 degrees (0 when horizontal)? Also, if you do the sweep test, does the tilt sweep correctly? Any chance that the tilt servo is binding?
