I will think twice before ordering from Hobbyking again!!!
Regardless of how it was packaged, never accept damaged parcels!

What mail service delivered that to your mailbox in that damaged condition? Did two orders arrive this way or just one?

How does HK control what USPS, UPS, or FedEx does with packages after it leaves their hands?

Generally when this happens with the USPS they will tape the item up, and even put it in a bag that has writing that says in effect, hey sorry this happened but we are trying to help.

If the same thing happened with Tower or HH, would you blame them? Any pics of the damaged package?

Update if/when this gets resolved.

Glad HK gave you store credit for your lost item but i'd have to get in touch with the postal company that left the parcel in the first place, because it sounds as though something is very wrong here, two parcels which have items missing with the parcel box been ripped into, could someone get into your mail box with out you knowing.

No matter how well HK pack the parcels someone who's not suppose to will get into it if they want,i can't see this as a HK fault at all,in all my years with shopping with HK they have all been packed rather well to be honest.

At least HK have resolved the issue for you.
