A 1300kv brushless motor, 20 amp brushless speed controller, and 7.4v 1000mah battery complete the power package providing excellent power to weight ratio. Pre-cut ailerons, elevators, and rudder allows for precision and scale flight. The removable canopy allows for quick access to the electronics and battery swaps. The landing gear is stout and will take the abuse of landing after landing, it is also easily removable if you want to land in grass or loose grounds.

I've ordered the white and red version of this plane, looking forward to flying it.

I just got my T34 Mentor in blue. The plane is great but I had one hitch putting it together. The bolt that holds the wing in place will not thread into the blind nut or whatever is used on the inside of the fuselage. Since this was the ARF I don't have access to it. Any help would be appreciated.

I fixed the wing bolt problem. The blind nut was at an angle so I put the bolt in without the wing and carefully straightened the blind nut. Now I just need to go to the hobby shop for a battery and I'm in business.

So, the most important question: how's it fly?

Anyone notice that in almost all the pictures, the OAT gauge on the front windscreen is broken?

I still have not been able to fly this yet. Between the snow and work, I just have not had any time. As soon as I get a flight in, I'll post something.

Just a note. Nice plane, especially for the money. The antenna thingie fell off my plane before the first flight. The plane flies well but is a little quick or twitchie on higher rates. Be careful on your first flight, use lower rates and a little expo if you have that on your radio.

I've been looking for a t-34 and finally found it at Paradise Hobby, orded red , but I painted it yellow like the Navy trainers in Pensacola. It seemed a little flimsy so I epoxyed a carbon fiber strip along the bottom of the wing and a strip on each side on the sides, really stiffen it up. I peeled the decals off and applied them after painting . This is a T-34C ; I wanted a T34B , well it looks like the real thing. I had trouble putting the prop back on. My plane is a TOP rc hobby but I think it's the same as Airfield which Nitro has in stock. Reviews complain about finding a spare prop. Haven't flown it yet as I am a beginner and don't want to crash this beautiful plane

Nice aero

I'm looking to get one from Amazon. Either that or the Flyzone Aircore P-51 Mustang Cathy II Airframe 22" from Tower Hobbies. It'll be my first electro plane. Was hoping if anyone could tell me the quality of this plane vs. the Flyzone one? I'm afraid if one of the servos breaks in the powercore, the whole system would need to be replaced. Whereas with the Airfield T34 Mentor, I could just replace whatever breaks individually. Thx

Tower is having a HUGE Aircore sale. $20 for airframes and $40 for the power module. Every component in the power module is replaceable and serviceable. Tower even has each item available separately; motor, ESC, etc.

Having said that, I noticed you said your first electro plane. I hope you have some other flying experience as the Aircore warbirds are not exactly for beginners.
