New blade mcpx v2 . blade issue?

Good afternoon. I just purchased an mcpx v2. I have only had easy fly micros before. so i figured this would be a good place to start learning the other way.

I have an issue.. first battery charge in fact... first off, i cant get it off the ground, but that takes practice
but when i throttle up, just above where it lifts off it rattles the blades like you cant believe. its not air buffetting from what i can tell but it just vibrates and rattles so much so I wont run it. not sure what happened.. any advice?
ill try to take a video here.

thanks

You have to make sure the blades are fairly tight and straight. Tight enough that it requires fair finger pressure to move them. No up and down slop at all.

First, balance the blades.

Second, tighten the blade grips. Tighten the blades so that when held on it's side the blades don't move on their own but will move if you give it a gentle shake.

Third, Remeber to straighten your blades out before spooling up. It's a bad habit to get into and can really damage larger helis.

Finally, get it in the air quickly but smoothly. Most FBL units do funny things when the heli if vibrating against the ground.

Don't overtighten. This is the standard way.

How to Adjust Blade Tension (0 min 28 sec)

If the blades barely move when you do this, it's way too tight. Mine actually go down further than that.

Check the main gear if it's seated properly and that all the teeth are there. It should be lined up perfectly with the motor pinion and it should not move when you move the rotorhead up and down.

Your blades don't need balancing.

Are the links to the head over the balls on the swash or have they been pushed too far and are over the pin connecting the balls to the grips?

The same goes for the links going to the balls on the swash.

Has your swash separated?

Are the balls on the grips and swash intact? I have seen them break so that they are flexible but not separate.

Is your anti-rotation pin in the correct place?

so i think its the gear .
here are a couple of pictures.
this is in the down position (the pictures)
if i move blades up it is more centered.

so i accelerate and the big white gear moves up the smaller gold gear and when it gets up in the center of the gold gear thats when it goes all crazy with the noise and rattle.

man i wish i knew more about this stuff. i appreciate all your help, and the continued help

ps the gold gear is stationary, doesnt move.
