KF Swifty wing - need advice on powering this flying wing
Im hoping i can get some help on what sort of motor, prop, esc and battery would be suitable for this airframe. Its 60cm (23. 5 inches) and 47grams, 3 step KF, pusher.
I designed this in illustrator, its based on a swift/bonsai.

Nice looking wing!
I've had good success with wings this size (~ 24 - 26 inch wing span) using a 2208-12 motor from RCTimer http://www.rctimer.com/index.php?gOo...wt&goodsid=113. It's 1800 KV
I use an 8 x 4 prop, a 20 amp ESC (also from RCTimer), and a 3S 800 mah lipo.
Since the 30 amp ESC is only a few pennies and grams more, I've been thinking about switching to that one just to get some added "safety factor".
Hope this helps! Good luck....

Thanks for the info! Though going by what some of my other planes have in them it seems like it would be a bit too heavy/powerfull. But it gives be a good idea of the ball park im in.
Im thinking ill try a 1300kv blue wonder with 10a esc and 500mah 3s.(which is gear i have)
I do prefer a slower/lighter plane.
