If they would try to treat you, why would they let you pay with paypal then?

Easy, make a listing on eBay. Accept money into your paypal account. Transfer money to your bank account. Empty both your paypal and bank account and never ship the product. Paypal cannot recover anything, you go home with a bag of cash.

Call me a spoiler of the fun but I reported them to ebay and paypal to take a closer look.

i would hate to find out i could have got one for 50.00 shipped. gotta be a scam or chinese clones .they will clone anything they can make a buck on over there .

i been a reseller for years and have a tax id number and i can buy wholesale .you cannot get a 200.00 dollar camera for the prices they are selling these for ,not even wholesale ,not even if you bought a truckload .

I can say with 95% certainty that the hero2 is for $60 is a scam. The same seller was selling a PSP Vita combo that sells for $250 on Amazon for $40 on ebay. Its obvious scam and you will NEVER see the item you tried purchasing. I've looked into this for about 30 minutes and looked up on some of the people leaving feedback, and it is a scam.
PayPal should cover you but its not worth the hassle.

i started some research since finding this thread .on a gopro forum there is alot of users that bought a gopro thru ebay/china/hongkong and it appears they did get a gopro .
with no serial number ! so no warranty . even still for 60.00 bucks i`d take a chance long as i actually received one .

The seller has been removed off ebay I bought a gopro off ebay yesterday lets see when it arrives...otherwise I have 45 days to dispute

Yep. Scamaroni. Ebay just emailed me to let me know they yanked the listing down and said to file a claim with Paypal after the delivery method time frame.

so what does that mean about the seller is he legit or is he a scam
