TPG is hosting the 2013 Torrey Pines Fun-Fly/Ratings day out at the bluff.

As many of you know, each year pilots wanting to fly Torrey are required to renew our City Waiver documentation for the Gliderport. Additionally, if you're interested in flying at Torrey and haven't gotten your rating yet this is a great opportunity to fill out the paper work and get checked out and rated for the year. Come on out and see me or one of the other check pilots and we'll take care of you. When: Saturday, February 16th, 11ish...Late morning/midday...when ever the wind comes up!
Why: Sign some paperwork, eat some grub, shoot the bull, and FLY.
Who: You! Sign-up here in this thread
What: AMA card or printed receipt, planes to ogle, paperwork to sign (paperwork will be provided), money and/or Swap Meet goods, and food to eat and beverages to drink. As before, you're welcome to bring eats or drinks (non-alcohol of course) to share.

Herr Slope Coordinator Pismo will have these forms onsite the day of your rating flight.

Crap my 17oz 60" foamie has 4 axis controls. If I promise to not touch the left stick, can I still get a No-Vice signoff?

Unfortunately that's not good enough......I'm afraid you have to cut a couple of axes off your plane!

I'll be coming down again this year. Had a good time last year, even though the wind wasn't the greatest.

Also, if you have stuff to sell or trade, lets do a swap meet too...
