Question
What are the different stunts?

Is there a video somewhere that lists and demonstrates the different helicopter stunts, sorted by difficulty?

Only ones i know are the pirouette, nose/tail funnel, inverted hover, tictoc and the immelman turn.

My favorite stunt is to fly sideways into the ground. I have that one nailed to perfection! This is followed immediately by locating parts that got broken off, which I'm also quite good at.

I was at a field and guy was flying fast passes really close to his car. Truck was wide open and he was getting braver. You guessed it full speed into his truck. One good thing he did not have to pick up remains. Final touch is it also nailed a nice EDF foamie inside trunk. Guy was not very happy and threw TX hard into trunk as well. I bet he regreted his last act of anger. Looked like a nice TX he threw into trunk. Unlaoding his car must have been interesting ?

Halije, have you tried the infamous youtube? There has to be some kind of video showing all of the different stunts..More than likely you will find a good tutorial with a sim video.

My first crash in 120 flights was sideways into the ground last week, complete destruction of my E-Razor ..Of course I found everything but the damn C-clip for the motor pinion bearing!

Thanks! I'm still trying to get the 450 to be as maneuverable as the GeniusCP and i needed something to push the goal. I wonder how many years before i can put a checkmark on all of that.

Just google 'rc helicopter stunts' and you'll find more.

Best of luck on getting all the checkmarks accomplished.

I'm still looking. Hopefully i'll find one where the the stunt is explained, and what it actually looks like in practice.

To Hajile, there are also some Phoenix RC instructional youtube videos that show and explain common heli tricks.

I don't see the trick lists on that site. There are some other pilot diagrams there.

Check around this site some more. I'm sure there's others out there too.

Thanks guys. Sorry Hajile for hijacking the thread for plank reasons, blasphemy to the heli gods I know. But to me worth it, I'm a poly-RC-ist .

choppersrule, the first link you listed what the one I was looking for but lost the link! Both sites are really cool. Thanks.
