I could see it being that expensive. Given the amount of permits, sercurity clearances and red tape they had to go through. That could doesn't surprise me much at all.

NO.

It was a ridiculous waste of money. A $3,500 refrigerator, in the bathroom. A $700 faucet.

Nope, it was very wasteful; $222,000 for a 100sf bathroom for goodness sakes.

What are you guys complaining about? ...They got a pretty good deal on that fridge... They are usually way more expensive.
Besides, we own the renovated bathroom, not him... And it put people to work and stimulated the economy.
It's not like they paid 5000 dollars for a bolt.
