Poor Mans Micro Brushed ESC/Actuator Driver/LED Proportional with trim

Never throw out a locked up servo again, might save you a few bucks in the long run. Loads of potential in micro rtf, in fact getting me revisit gearboxes and brushed motors.
Old servos as ESC for micro brushed motors/actuator (1 min 29 sec)

Servo amplifier can also be used to drive actuators with a regular servo Rx:

Also used for micro boats conversion of small display plastic models(run on 5V<6V forward and reverse), in most cases the 5K feedback pot can be replaced by two 2.2K resistors.

Thanks coriolan, informative.

1/4 or 1/8 Watts resistors would weight less than the pot + glue!
