Nitroplanes sent me F-86 D as advertised but wont refund me full amount :(

I Told the chat person, I spent thousands of dollars with your company and never complained of minor cosmetic damage but this time I was missing entire sections of the plane. THE guy tells me he will refund the money but not shipping. I SAID fine keep your policy and I will keep my money and spend it somewhere else. HORRIBLE customer service will never buy again.!!! TRY TO talk to someone waited 15 mins no one picks up!! F this place. I can open my own hobby shop and have better customer service and put them out of BIZ LOL

I sent the plane back here is the tracking on it

1zx03v039099555764 I opened a paypal case too. YOU SHould refund my money complete. ITS not my fault you misrepresented your product and sold it to me without checking it. ITS missing so many things that you advertise on your site, YOU SHould remove the listing.!!

Upon the return of the item the billing department will process the refund for the order and then they'll send you a email to let you know when you can expect the funds back in your account.
