That requires clarification. If you are trying to use one of those generic USB flight controllers, you would need to find appropriate drivers. The best place to ask would be the MIcrosoft Flight sim forums.

Probably will depend on your operating system.
It looks like an older controller, and it only lists XP or older for supported OS.
If you have Vista, Window 7, or Windows 8, it might not work.
Or it might work fine. No way to know until you try it.
