Big boats too

Yo!

I sail two full scale boats one a Hobie Adventure Island, and the other a Hunter 212.

I'm lucky we have two clubs here on for R/c and the other full scale.

Looking at the previous post looks like all good boats. The Potter is something I made at some day. I've sure enjoyed the Hobie AI the last couple of years.

Rick

Hi Fairwinds-
Born, raised and many years in SB there were only two places to sail RC boats. One being in the harbor off Marina 1 and the other in Lake Cachuma.
Have you found any other areas to sail?
Here is a pic of some MH that was dropped on my lap. It might be a Chuck Black boat..? It loved the breeze and got me hooked on RC boats.

Yes in the 2nd pic. Behind the driver in the 3rd. Actual photos of me are hard to come by for some reason.

Grew up sailing on Lake Michigan on a Columbia 24, then an Ericson 27. More recently on our subdivision lake with an 18' Vanguard Volant and now my 16' X-Boat.
I also coach the Junior Sailors at South Milwaukee Yacht Club with thier fleet of six Vanguard Club 420's.
