I got plowed...

Just for kicks, I made myself a plow for my Slash 4x4. There's not much to it really, some 1/8" x 1/2" aluminum and some sheetmetal. I spent maybe 10 minutes polishing the aluminum, so it's not the prettiest. The servo is a standard sized waterproof cheapie that came with my Exceed Driftstar. The plow is on a hinge and tensioned with springs. It needs to be hinged or else the whole truck comes to a very abrupt stop when you hit a chunk of ice or crack in the pavement. With the hinge, the plow just rolls down instead of jarring the truck. I'm also using Stampede wheels that I made some tire chains for. the only mods to teh truck are the holes where the hings bolts go through, and I had to trim the bottom of the bumper narrower so the plow could swing down further.

Plowing the driveway with a Slash 4x4 (3 min 0 sec)

That's awesome! I wanted to do this years ago with a clod buster but was too young (like 10) and didn't have the patience to build everything nicely.

Very awesome!

You could potentially put some FPV gear on there and make some cash plowing your neighbors driveways from your couch.

Better than the Slash for sure. They're heavier vehicles, so the should be able to push more snow.

There's really nothing to it other than what you see. It's just some 1/8" x 1/2" aluminum strip bent in a vice with some holes drilled in it. All the bolts are 10-24 machine screws with lock nuts, and the plow blade it's self is 20ga galvanized sheetmetal. If you've got any more specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them though.
