profile MIRAGE 2000 D parkjet EPP 15mm
Hi...
I started build of my new profile MIRAGE 2000 D parkjet...It is my own design, wingspann 820mm, length 1155mm...I used 15mm EPP plates, it is very good material, flexible, light and strong...It is prototype, I want to know ho it will fly and I would like to make it like night flyer later...Here is few pictures...I will share more pictures and video from maiden flight... |

Mirage is done, I just had to make choice which setup I will use for it...weight is 350g with servos without motor, esc and battery...I expect RTF weight between 550 - 650g...

Very slick build.
Is the impression wrong, or did you use 2x 6mm depron for vertical stabilizer ? olli |

Maiden flight
I maidened my Mirage today. It is excelent flyer. I should say it is high alpha flyer, like all deltas. My setup is motor DUALSKY XM2834CA-9 (980kv) with GWS 9x7,5 HD prop, ESC TURNIGY Plush 30A, Zippy Compact 3S 2200 mAh 25-30C battery and 3 x TURNIGY TGY-50090MG servos for elevons and rudder. I work on LED system for night flying now. Here are pictures and video from maiden flight...

So, my Mirage nightflyer is completely done. I replaced old motor for new TURNIGY 3530-1100kv with APC 10x5 E prop which has more static thrust. RTF weight is 950g now. I canīt wait to first night maiden flight, we have very bad weather here
