Kool then you got it in just about the timeframe promised :-)

Whats the actual weight of the engine with starter? Also some close ups would be great.

...and of course fire it up soon!!

Is this a NEW turbine or did you purchase a used turbine? From the pictures it looks awful for a new turbine. Does the warped tail cone mounting flange cost extra?

But I don't like that flange either. I would pull it, and take a look. If the NGV goes into it.. it's probably OK. If it's flush... hot gasses will come out. (could be bad) You could always cut a stainless over-ring to help support it.
