Merci mon ami!

Voici quelques photos.

The wing is made with EPP (i've ordered 2 wings for a SU26 to a guy who owns a CNC machine, but i've decided to modify one for this jet).
I've made the ailerons with 3+1mm depron.
The fuselage is from the Cushat motoglider.I had a red nose from an other kit, so i changed it.

2 magnets to hold the wing.

I have to make the linkages for the ailerons, and i'm still waiting for the Bravo SX motor.
A bit of decoration will also be done.

Indoor_fr, cest super! I also want to make a flying wing style jet. I was thinking the jet powered version of the Komet! If the weight is kept down it will be a great flyer I think!

This link might not work? But it did! It takes a sec to load, but it will launch and play. On a one cell? pretty good I’d say!

There is now an outdoor video as well. It's calm at the street level and about 5-7mph winds above the houses. It's also in the Video Gallery. Thanks pattypilot for posting the link.

Thanks. The Komet is good looking too.
You probably know that Plantraco has made a kit:

I've watched the 2 videos. Nice flights. Have you thought about installing light landing gears?

indoor_fr, Yes I have thought about it. I was going to use the extra set I have from rebuilding my UMX T-28. Version 1 of this plane was flying at 34gms before I put her on a diet! so I know it will carry the weight!

Mcross, if you have not gotten around to making this jet I finally drew up plans which are posted below. All foam is 3mm! Just be sure to adjust your printer to print to the scale in inches. The wings are supposed to be 8" each so anyone trying to print these b sure to align a ruler to the inch marks and size up or down accordingly.

Dude, I love those plans! They have a very nostalgic look to them. And you said you couldn't draw plans. They need a title block and your nom de plume.
I'll build it this weekend.

Thanks Mike. Terry Rigden told me to just scan the plans and someone here on RCG would do the rest, but low and behold the scanner automatically sends them to the computer in a PDF format. Go Figure! You are right i will attach abit more info such as my name! Thanks. Also please feel free to share photos/videos on this thread if you like.

Nice Star mustangace! If you go 2s you may wanna put some carbon fibre in the wings. There is none on my plans. That's why I use hot melt glue to attach it cause they do flex a little on loops. They will really flex on 2s.
