Problem with New Blue Lipo Battery
I recently purchased two 4 cell 2200mah 20C Blue Lipos, I am having problems with one of the balance pugs. I am unable to check the voltage on one of them, I plug my volt meter to the balance plug and after the meter reads two cells the meter shuts off. I unplug and reconnect the volt meter and the same thing happens again. My previous experience with this problem has been that the solder point on the balance plug is loose, being that the batteries are brand new and have not been used I did not want to alter them in any way. I would like to initiate an exchange so please advise what I need to do, I do not have my order number and my order was placed a couple of weeks ago.

The zip code is 78240 and the last name is Garcia. The order was for two 4 Cell Blue Lipo 20c 2200 batteries.
