I think the dealers that are on the Horizon Partner Program should have it in stock in 2 weeks. Won't be avalable mail order for a while after (maybe 4-6 weeks)

Long ago, I came to the realization that QQ can hover his planes better than I can hover my CP helis. With AS3X, it appears that he can hover the VA better than I can hover a coaxial!

It's cool (and humbling) to see what a world-class pilot can do with the technology.

The Visionaire should be shipping to HCP dealers in the US tomorrow, as well as orders placed directly with horizonhobby.com. Shipments to non-HCP dealers would commence two weeks later. Orders placed at horizonhobby.com from tomorrow forward should ship when placed.

Joel,

It's even cooler to see what the technology enable a schlepp like me to do. I've never flown 3D, ever. After 2 packs I was harriering around. A couple more packs and I was hovering. A couple more and I was doing waterfalls and not just harriering, but accurately harriering around the field wherever I wanted to place the Visionaire. This is going to open up 3D flight for a whole group of new pilots, starting with me!

Probably. I'm in DFW right now on the way home from AMA so I don't have the list in front of me. But it should be on the list.

Count me out, at least until all you BETA testers are finished getting the bugs out. My guess is that should be somewhere around the 3rd production run.
Believe me, I have had my share of BETA testing. mSR mSRX mCPX BEAST
and the final 2 that delivered me from the evil forces of BETA testing, Carbon Cub and GEE BEE.
I salute you, that are willing to stand up and do this testing.
OH! BTW,,,, subscribe,,,,,

The video looks amazing. Still not on board with the looks of the plane though.

But I may have a different take. If the 3D flying IS that EASY, if may take some of the fun out of it. I think many of us got into 3D for the challenge of it. Scale/circle flying got boring so we gravitated to something that was MUCH more difficult and required lots of practice. With practice came success and with success there was a wonderful sense of satisfaction. I guess really though the plane is more for the newer 3D flyer.
