Anderson Powerpoles are plenty good well over 100 amps.

My own numbers on EC's vs. Deans's vs. Powerpoles:

Motor: Turnigy G160
ESC: CC 120HV
Batteries: Turnigy 5s 5000 40C at 97% charge x 2 for 10s
Prop: Xoar 22x8

Readings taken at @30 seconds run time at full throttle (sorry about the formatting):

Connector Amps Watts Voltage
Deans 81.2 3230 37.2
Powerpole(45) 81.7 3245 37.1
EC5 81.4 3236 37.1
EC3 81.2 3232 37.2

Plus... I hate to solder...

A 15/30/or 45 amp powerpole uses the same housing.2 are required a red and black.
Each is 1 inch long and 1/4 inch square.

Also - For tight applications you can cut 1/3 off the back of the Powerpoles and they are the same size as the EC3/HK/Deans connectors - They have a dimple mark for that purpose.

Sorry to jump on your thread James but I love 'em.

I was thinking they went in the housing pretty deep myself.
May just let me get rid of a deans on my small katana 3d that did not have room for a powerpole.
