Yeah- cold's mostly gone- wife still has it bad, she slept 20 hrs yesterday, I had the surface parents done, only one crash, some PS2 time yesterday/today a bit!
then I just got the comp back from her- i need to increase (my) render library- only a couple imported backgrounds, It only seems i'm fast-I've been reworkin' sarah since page 310 of the canard forum in electric airplanes! ( myYoutube vid collection) I did find out that autoCad's surfaces crash a lot also-I guess i'll just have to keep the M count high! Check my blog in a while

Sorry to dissapoint... no build photos today, spent time w/architect working on the third re-draw on window changes...(undessisive clients)... And yes, sleeping a little , working in the wind & cold this last week kicked my a$$, especially after all the time off with my blown out knee. No excusses though, I'll get busy this coming week. Just been final sanding and making sure of leading edges are good before the carbon get laid nothin to really take pictures of. Bla- bling is about to get under way! Waaa hooo...

Wear a mask while sanding, get plenty rest, and eat that chicken soup (must sound like your mother huh ). Balsa dust, CF dust, etc. is not good for pulmonary function. Especially compounded by cold temps, flu virus, stress, etc.

What's the plan for the marriage of balsa & STC? Apply with a light spray of 77, then wet out, wet out & then apply, use a .5oz FG cloth as carrier; bagging, anti-gravity?

Yeah, dusted with spray adhesive, place & wet out, apply the perferated plastic film, (see photo) pull light vac bag? possiblity.... I have another method I would like to try... but???

Cold temps & stress?? ...Wha?...you lookin thru you telescope again? LOL
