Its been maidened outdoors.. sorry my camera went dead so there is no video.. but it flys fine and its top speed is a lot slower than yours...
Mine doesnt like the wind much but will be fine indoors... EDIT.......The larger area on mine makes for a slow and smooth cruising flight indoors, loops are tight and easy , it will do circles in as little as 6 feet, but the roll rate is sadly slow...so on the next version I will have to vary the wing area to control surface area I have also found a much lighter material than the pretty xmas foils... white 12 or 18 micron carrier bags, which heat shrink at 110 degrees |
