Belt driven main drives are where it's at, no question. The Futura SE was an amazing helicopter for it's time and it was the only belt driven heli at the time that gained any momentum in the industry(may have been the only belt drive at the time?). Finally, belt drives are making their way back and with the crazy amounts of power with electric motors and the batteries as well... I think we'll see more belt drives in the future.

Comparing prices we should remember that Goblin 500 is a little bit larger than others 500-size helis (500 mm blades versus 425 mm blades).
It seems Goblin 500 is closer (in size) to Logo 500 and Trex 550.

Not after Align did what they did. They're great, capable choppers and they're far cheaper.

I do not agree here. They are not great, I would say they are decent or acceptable. I'm building Trex 500 right now and I never saw so much freeplay between tail rotor control arm and pitch assembly. Probably it will do all maneuvers Goblin does even with this freeplay, but again - "great" is not about Align products.

Nice flying chopp. Hey whats the deal with the new align 15's servos ? Are they made with fbl in mind specifically ? I dont want to dog them just yet. But i have used two set's now in different sizes and lets just say i was let down in performance on my Fb models.

align is good quality for the money, SAB Goblin is great quality, but you pay for it.
