Thanks! I was pleasantly surprised by it, and am glad I bought it. ![]() Let me check the instruction manual when I get home, but I'm pretty sure you can change control modes via some sort of stick/button input on the transmitter. It came in Mode 2 (Throttle/Rudder on Left Stick; Elevator/Ailerons on Right Stick). |

Been getting some air time in on my Scorpion but still in pretty confined spaces. I did take it to the Conference Room at lunch today though so I got to play with the flip button. It flips quickly but then drops altitude quickly right after - have to remember to ramp up the throttle when flipping.
I'm running my batteries 4-5 minutes (timer usually set at 5 - started before I take off - and I crash a time or two, or 5 LOL). I've not multimetered the batteries - so hopefully I'm not killing them. I don't believe this little dude has any LVC to speak of?? BTW....I was a critic of the flip button at first. I love being able to flip the MQX all on my own. But I must admit, the flip button is a lot of fun - what little I've used it. My 11yo will think it's great! Haven't tried yet, but can this thing be flipped all sticks - no button? |

The Tx takes 6AA batteries. And, yeah, it's pretty toyish. It's basically a repurposed Xbox 360 controller shell. |

I can't wait for photos of curcit board and discussions of connectors and voltages on it. Toyish look of Tx is ok for me as carrying big one is harder. And would be nice if someone tried to bind it with different transmitters(like WL which are all compatible with each other: v929,v939,v949,v959,v911,v912)

I can't resist to press buy button anymore. This thing is so unusual, many companies compete in quads and helis but this kind of design I don't see. Are motors brushless? they look like ones. How about spare parts? I can't see any. I try to resist from buying it because it's not much popular so far and info is missing (did someone try it in wind? did attach camera?). I'm already waiting 3 quads and 1 big MJX F45 so relatives already thing that I'm shopoholic.
