Would be quite nice to be able to pop it down to cover the screen
The shade can be folded down when not in use and it can also be removed if you don't want it

@TonyTypeS
Do you have any information, when the TX5805 Camera will be available?

No idea then it will be available. Walkera is sending me one try out so I think they are almost ready for mass production Looks like they finally got the whole 5.8ghz FPV setup working much better so we'll see how it works when the sample comes in.

That's great. Thanks for the response. One of these is on my shopping list after I recover from Christmas

Just got the FPV Ladybird in today. Wow that was fast I was chatting with Lucy from Walkera and they shipped it out on Monday and today is Wed! Woot Woot Got one flight in today and this thing is a blast! I love it. Range it pretty good for the 5805 VTX. I took it about 200ft out and still had video. The video resolution is not as good as the Hoten X's DV04 camera outside. But inside the video looked really clear. Too bad the video cannot be recorded with the 5805 VTX. This is the best thing from Walkera. It's going to be my favorite for sure haha

This is definitely going to be at my "tobuy" list.
Can you tell walkera to make a version with the telemetry on the screen?

Thanks for your review of this one I enjoyed it. Watching it again now actually. I thought your flying was pretty darn good!

Any idea how much weight their camera/vtx set adds to the weight of the ladybird? Can't be too bad, and I'm impressed with the fact that flight times seem good still.

It already has telemetry function, but the ladybird v2 doesn't have telemetry!

Thanks guys. I just realized that I only had the screen on the Devo F7 at 40% brightness. I put it at 100% brightness and its even better

I'll try to get the weight of the cam setup. I don't think it would weight anymore jam 5g at most

Thanks for the review!

- The front of the cam looks like these from the 1 or 3 gramm cams, lets see if these common
mini wide angle lenses fits

http://www.fpvhobby.com/138-wide-ang...no-camera.html

- QR Spacewalker, QR Scorpion and QR InfraX have "upgrade channel 2", so
the cam should be compatible to these?
