Grandkid Control Glider
The Holiday season is in full swing! For many old modlers, this means the quiet household is soon to be invaded by enerjetic grandkids. Many times, the weather is so bad that they are trapped indoors for days. Not a good combo.
Here`s a little nerf glider that may provide some relief, by giving them something to do. Maybe even do some competition to keep them busy. Distance, spot landing, ect. PS, you should make a few for the adults too. ![]() AUW is onli 1.7g and with no hard points or sharp edges it`s totaly safe for indoor use with no age limits

These are very sensitive to cg. One piece of tape will take it from tailheavyor noseheavy, to just right.
Get the CG set without reflex, so that it flys without balloning up or tucking under real hard. It should just go down with maybe a slight tuck under. Then bend in some reflex to keep the nose up. When it`s trimmed, it will stay there pretty well. Of course felt tipped markers can be used to decorate or add names. Happy Holidays! |

The LE curl is on the bottom. It flies with the vertical fin on the bottom.
![]() The fin also acts as a handle for launching. |
