LDM. the ARF spans 62.5" and weights 8.5-9.5lbs and recommends either a OS 65ax abl 2stroke or a OS fs95 v four stroke. I actually did a search, but only came up with kit corsair power setups which I think were a bit heavier than the arfs, thats why I posted my question. Thanks for the pm. Gary

Gary , at that weight I have seen two options , the eflight power 60 and Power 90 .
Obviously you can use any brand but the size suggestion is the same , 60 will be pushing the limits , 90 is better and 110 is over kill .
I would use an 80 amp esc so you have more then enought power with zero risk of a meltdown .
Corsair jock has flown many in this size with 60 power motor , but I like to have more power so that is I would suggest the 90

For the Corsair: LDM is right, the P90 is just right.

LDM, for the 160, you may want to look into a Zinger 18x16.

I was asking the same question to TBM a week ago. They have the 3 and 4 blade props from Biela that are awsome looking. He told me that thay have a lot of guys doing it. I just need to figure out what size I need for my P51.

Ive got a 20x14 3 blade Biela prop I'll be using on a 65cc rimfire mounted to an ESM do-335. I bought the prop initially to use on the esm fw-190d9, but maidened with a two blade and decided to leave it that way.

Are you only running one motor in your DO335? Both those planes are 80" correct? I have the 73" mustang, and am planning on a tacon160,10s setup, with a hv120 esc. I'm thinking something around 18-10 or 12 on a 4 blade. any thoughts?

Never knew the Bella were used for fuel planes , the Bella prop was actually lighter then the supplies three blade LX Prop

Me too. Have gotten good performance from the Zingers and also the APC pattern, which are designed for glo. The only props I don't like for e power are the MAS.

No running a 65cc rimfire up front with the 20x14 3blade Biela and a power 60 with 16x10 3blade at the tail.

As for props...I have no problems using MAS on electric motors but hate APC as they're not that efficient at producing thrust.
