I'm out huh?

Not sure why my entry was left off of this list. That's fine, This deal went a little sour and Im not sure i want a piece of it now anyway. It would be nice if someone would have at least told me I was out of the contest. Just saying.... Entry #14 just in case...

Thanks for taking over (although I would have continued without contest, too)!

Your entry is actually there on the list - it is on the same line as entry #12 - just a typo, that's all, which I am sure Mike will correct. Don't forget that he had to re-create post #1 all by himself as despite trying hard he didn't get any co-operation in taking over the original thread. He deserves support rather than criticism.

Hi Dave,

You are very welcome aboard. I've added you to the first post, so if you could let us see your build thread I'll pop in the link.

Sorry doon, my fault for not putting in a line break. You were there (just hidden) and now you are back at #14. I hope you are building still!

Hi Mike thanks for taking on this contest. I meant to post a thread for this. if you could add me that would be great. Here is my current thread on the Guillows B-25 Mitchell I will either start a thread here in the BB forum or change my title.

Thanks again and look forward to all the great builds.

Go Balsa!

Great to have you around Mark. The Mitchell looks close to flying status to me! If you can change your title it would be better to do so straight away, then the link will work to the new thread. At the moment it's to your current Funbuild 5 one.

More of a great week actually - we are off to Lanzarote for some time in the sunshine before Christmas. I'll keep an eye on the topic but won't be able to do all that much until the 17th.

I think he made a reference to the original contest thread, then edited the post when he realized it was closed.

Just to expand on the prize I'm offering, each class winner can choose two prints from the list and if there is an overall 'winner of winners', he gets to choose 5 prints. Alternatively, depending on your point of view, the overall winner has the option not to have to put up with them. I started drawing them for our dining room wall, but it sort of grew from there. Drawing these things is almost as addictive as building models - and an awful lot quicker.

Yes! I saw the contest was extended to Feb, so I asked if I could still get in. Then I read it was closed so I edited my post. Oh well, next time

Str8madness; tried to quote your post but it says I can't for some reason, HOWEVER, as Mike is away in the sun at the moment (see Post #24) I think I should say that I can't see anywhere on this thread where it says the contest is closed to new entries, I'm sure that Mike intended that people can enter when they want, just have to finish by the new end date. So why not start your build, post your build thread details here and I am sure Mike will put your entry in Post #1 when he gets back from his holiday.
