It's a clone of an Air Swimmers indoor blimp. I reviewed the original shark version for RCGroups. It only needs five bucks worth of helium and some AAA-cell batteries to get it flying.

Cam, why the heck don't you just get the balloon filled with pure helium, put it together and have a blast inside when the weather gets nasty?
