Electro file
This used to be sold by Micro mark and is no longer available. It is called a electrofile and is meant to have micro files inserted, and then it is basically a power file. I have a small sawblade in it now and they used to sell sanding sticks for it but I dont have any. You could make some easily though. It is like a jig saw with 2400 strokes per minute. Comes with a set of small files as well.
