I can imagine someone putting in 1/2 of the dixy cup and watcing it go all over their building board. Ha! I'd almost pay to see that.

Went around fixing all the leading edge dings in my planes. If done right, there is not even any sanding needed. It makes a smooth hard surface. Kinda cool.

Don't forget to wax the mylar or plastic you use. Saves a lot of filling and sanding.

I just received my kit. Not only does Tom send the foam A&B parts, you get 3 pipetes and some mylar/acetate to aid in repair! WOW, I am really impressed. Thanks. Tom

BTW, what cleaner can we use to get the foam off of stuff while it's still wet? Thanks again. George

OK, here is my dilema. The skin on the top and bottom of the root section have sheared. I tacked them with CA. The spar is fine but I'm still going to put either CF or FG or some combination there of.

The tip is mush. The Rohecell foam on the inside is torn and shredded. I think I'll put some fiberglass on the bottom to give it some strength and then pour the foam into the hole in the top of the wing. I'll have more photos as things progress. George

Best to just wipe it off right away. This stuff is tough to clean off. I clean my injector with lacquer thinner, but if you get it on you fingers and let it set, it's not easy to get off. Wear gloves if you plan to stick your fingers in it.
