Hi H,
True but for most crashes and all the ones I have had in the last 6 months that I have used foam...at least with the 1/2in/13mm foam I use, it does just fine if not better than the original canopy which just cracks on almost any impact. Hope you are experienced flyer, you will need it. This little guy moves out in a hurry. Order extra props but you will find out. It does fly well.

Just got mine today. I'm loving it so far. However, has anyone figured out what other tx's this is compatible with? I've been looking at transmitters all week that would control my current assortment of copters, and this one seems to be incompatible with all the others.
Any idea what protocol they use for the U816? |

woohooo, just got mine yesterday from buy.com for $51. Love this thing, my only complaint is how touchy it is on the throttle, a bit hard to keep same altitude, especially in a small place like indoors.
