It sounds promising. You have to tell if you need someone to carry out a field test.

If you use 5-volt FPV equipment (Video-tx and camera) I wouldn't mind to get it tested roughly sooner or later

It should be able to deliver a very clean 5-volt supply. It could be interesting to add a 12-volt supply too, but I don't really use 12-volt myself.

I can create most used setups with following equipment in stock.

Camera: 3x 5V, 5x 7-12V, 2x 12V
AV Transmitter: 3x 3.3V, 2x 5V, 7x 12V

All my FPV systems share power source with the propulsion system, so good filtration is a must.

A 3.3V could be interesting too, for the cheap 5.8Ghz systems.

Regards
Michael

How well is the power supply engineered regarding to electromagnetic radiation?

Hopefully pretty well ;-)
With a high switching frequency and good amount of capacitance, the ripple on both input and output, should be kept at a minimum.

The loop on the converter is quite small and should not emit much RF-noise.

I considered a RF-shield to eliminate/attenuate the remaining noise, but with the results from the test-board, it didn't seem to be necessary at all. Even at very close distance, I wasn't able to measure much, if any, noise.

- but I'm well aware of the noise-requirements and it have certainly been considered.

What about a SAW filter for the GPS?
Specially if the GPS antenna is small things like the FrSky RX's with telemetry will kill the GPS signal.
Had to bought a GPS with bigger antenna to my copters as I could barely get a 3d FIX when using with FrSky gear.

As I'm using an integrated GPS-unit, adding a SAW-filter is not really possible. I really want to keep it as small and light as possible - if I need large GPS-antenna etc. I will be using a seperate GPS-unit.

I've been quite busy with a lot of other stuff lately, but I'm still around whenever I get time

Looks good from the video, always great to see it in action.

Looks very nice
You should really get the EzUHF and OSD connected, to get RSSI and package information. It's really nice when flying in noisy environments and/or pushing the range.

I am interested in the OSD, want to test it. I only have minimOSD. Can you tell me, how to upload the firmware and how to use it?
