Do you mean I can charge several batteries with that Imax b6 charger?
Yes Nicke, but not at the same time, unless you use a parallel charging board.

A Google brings a few results.

Nicke,
You have to use this as well or mod a balance board.

you see i did that and in norm mode the swash moves all the way down the shaft at low stick and if i flip to id mode the swash never goes to full neg pitch its like my tx is retarded and for some reason reversed the pitch for norm and id in the software some how

I've tested positioning of the gyro, it doesn't matter where or how you put it, just not upsidedown, but it sure can be mounted a bit tilted, I have not yet tried flight characteristic, but will do soon.

The gyro is a fantastic little device

nope.
with this balancing adapter you are able to hook 3 separate 2s batts on the charger and let them balance charge as a single 6s batt ( as long as you have the right JST charging adapter, too.)
You have to solder one - and are ready for 3 9116 batts at the same time

Mixing arms

[QUOTE=Steve_;24213576]
But yes, I undestand not everyone has the time and tools, so
there are a bunch of us looking for that perfect drop-in solution.

Some had good luck with the E-1003 $1 head from BG, mine are
on the way.

I'm thinking this will need a #54 drill bit, but I would start with a #55,
and a #53 will be plenty big for a 1.5mm bolt with a nut on the back.
I will probably try to thread the aluminum first, and if that does not
work then I will drill out the threads and use a nut to secure the bolt.

These are 2:1 not 1.5:1, and will be great after
drilling a few extra holes allowing adjustable ratios.
The ball centers are 6.5mm and 12mm from pivot center,
making the max ratio almost 2:1, which is too much according to
Pa Flyer, but it's nice to have the option. The possible ratios
are almost limitless if you stagger the mounting holes.

The stock arms are 6mm and 6mm (1 to 1)

They look to be roughly 1.5 to 1, same ratio many of you are using.

These are actual Align parts, and should last a LONG time.
The Trex 250 heads spin at 4000 RPM, so a 9116 head should be no sweat.

I guess you could put some tape on the 9116 part and make it work, or a brass collar to make it perfect.
If I'm reading this right, the first set of TREX 250 arms are 2:1 ratio and require some work to get the connecting link secured with nuts & bolts (Too hard for me). The second set of TREX arms appear to be the same as the first ones but with a 1.5:1 ratio. But it's unclear if they require the same amount of work to get the connecting rod attached to one end of the arm but I assume they do.

The BenMa E-1003 arms sound like a drop-in. But you have to get the balance bar because of the pivot hole being larger than stock? So it's about $3.90 ($2.90[inner shaft, main blade holder & mixing arms]+$1 [balance bar]) for the improved BenMa mod.

The price of the BenMa comes with a stock inner shaft, main blade grips and the mixing arms. Stock parts for those cost $1.70 - 9100-6 inner shaft, + $3.19 for the balance bar ,+ $1.86 for the main blade grip including the mixing arms or $6.75 total.

The BenMa E-1003 mixing arm replacement (w/inner shaft & main blade grips & bal.bar) sounds like better performance (I hope) at a cheaper cost than stock and about the same as the TREX 250 mixing arms alone! Sounds good. Soon as this is confirmed all you guys that put in the effort should be crowned - Royalty in the Double Horse or BenMa realm!

At $75 and with the $50 shp, it's still $25 less than the $150 BG is charging but still beyond my budget. I can wait.

for all who already have a 9x or any 6CH TX with trainer port and want to have a quad for a learner:
The HK micro Q-Bot
and later a decent 6CH CP 66USD to fly with the same TX/module combination
gives you 2 toys for the price of one (100USD) to step the ladder up.
Or you add the HK 6CH for 20sthing and are set with 125 USD including a programmable TX.
