Who makes a PLANE similiar to this glider?

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1772167

(double post).

Just wondering who makes these types of gliders for Aerial Photo flying
I really like the glider open front with tractor style prop.

Thank You....

I wouldn't think they'ere gliders. Planes capable of carrying loads for FPV, yes.

If you're looking for a tractor motor FPV setup maybe give the Seawind a look?..

Or there's the Windex sailplane...

They look like "home-brew" / kit-bash planes to me
The wings with the carbon leading edge, probably from a commercial kit, plus the boom & tails - but the pylon/motor/camera mount - home-made?

Just get pretty much any old used/preloved (but flyable!) glider & some balsa wood - go create one of your own?
otoh - maybe try asking on the aerial photo / FPV boards?

No idea, sorry. I'd guess a complete system would be of the order of $100k. They may sell you a bare airframe, who knows? As I said earlier, they may be a little busy at the mo, though.

Yes, that Yellow/Orange plane was home-brew by someone....
My skills as a builder are horrid. I wouldn't have a clue sanding/straightening/
aerodynamics...etc... in making a fuselage....

Its just hard to imagine that no-one makes a fuselage like this for Aerial Photo guys or FPV'ers..... the Tractor design is soo much stronger and more efficient for longer longer
flight times....

Hope someone that makes fuselage reads' my thread

p.s.
that "Seawind" plane that Nodd posted is too small, the fuselage is perfect, but I'm looking for big wingspan (80"-130").... I think that fuselage is too short
for expanding the wingspan.....?

I don't need anything Military Grade, I'm in it for fun and hobby:-)

I found a plane similar to what you're looking for here:

http://www.trigger.pl/pteryx/

and the same plane here:

http://www.troybuiltmodels.com/items/PTERYX-UAV.html

but they're selling them as total solutions and not just the plane.
