i started with a base coat of testers yellow and then lightly sprayed testors red right on the tape lines. same effect as air brushing but with an arisol can. turned out better than i thought it would. some of the paint blead under the masking tape so i traced all my paint lines with a sharpy, made the whole scheme pop and it hid all the bleeds exept two or three.

That's a nice new offering.

I'd really be intrigued at half the list price.

That is cool, but pricey no doubt. I may have to order one in the name of research.

I just got done with #5 build, for my older son. Stock thickness, factory painted foam, full carbon spars, RCPB servos, Little Screamer De-Novo, Phoenix 10 ESC. Applied some weight saving here and there, final weight without battery is ... 5 1/2 ounces. Total weight of Welder used was under 7 grams. Full report with captioned pictures to be posted in a new thread soon...test flight when the weather breaks.

Test flew today between snow flakes....VERY floaty, but not much on flat out speed with the De-Novo. It was an early motor and looks to be around 1100 KV...so it will come off and be replaced with a "Purple Pearl".....that ought -ta-do-it.

Just to let all of you know, I have been riding Khen's back to make the nose and tail moments shorter from day one...just can't leave anything alone. Nelson decided to take matters into his own hands and shorten the nose a little....bent the Little Screamer too...full on, straight into frozen soil.

I hope I can at least get it built in time for Toledo....

Wow! When Nelson crashes he does it right. I haven't seen a slicko that damaged before. So long as you saved the pieces he'll be back up in no time.

Great video furballll, thanks for sharing!

I have some footage of me stress testing a Slicko V2 proto 7 today. I was outside in the cold weather though, no indoors for me. I'll put it up in a bit.
