I got a lead in another thread

"Look at the bottom of the page. You can get replacement prop adapters for the 5055 here: http://milehighrc.com/brushlessC5055-8.html

I have a Turnigy and they are compatible. "

They are out of stock, I have a query in on if it is out of stock, or out of production.

I put 17 bucks at risk and ordered the rotor end adapter, x mount, spare shaft, and a 5055-80 series shaft from HURC

Good deal, that is what I was going to do when I got that far along, I can't wait to hear back for you!

I'm really considering buying the Firepower 60 and using it..... Don't need to but never know.

Depends of that Shaft fits!

Thanks much - S

Howdy Shreveport!

Actually this is the first build I have NOT taken pictures of :-)

It's kinda like taking pictures of a plane before a madien, bad luck!

I'll bring it out when there is something to show, just glued the wings together waiting for glue to dry, I checked it 150 times to be sure it's right.

We shall see if my version of right is really right tomorrow when the glue dries!

The rotor-end adapter (and washer and nut and spinner) I received (a few posts above) from HU RC look exactly like the ones on the Turnigy 5055, haven't measured or test-fit it yet though.
