BEVRC has tried to maintain or gain a presence on most sites. Not for the sole purpose of promoting products but to assist customers and answer queries. However this has not always been possible through no fault of our own. We like to leave politics to the politicians . Our location brings it's own challenges. Timezones, Language, customs, government ,...etc These are all challenges that we are working hard to address. We have tried to find a solution that works for most people and that is why we have set up our support forum and support desk with the addition of extra support staff including western support staff to overcome language barriers. Support forum: http://www.bevrc.com/Forum/index.php?gid=16 Support desk: https://bevrc.zendesk.com/home Western support tech: Skype: DrZoidberg_1 We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. sincerely Dr Z |

Air parcel packages delay because of the Chinese government 18th vote meeting For those interested in the Chinese system look HERE Due to the political process in China the normal parcel delivery system has been disrupted. Q. Why? A. Security reasons Q. What has been affected? A. The security alert status has been elevated. Many areas are affected. All air parcels are put on hold in Beijing Customs until the end of the process. Q. When will things get back to normal? A. The government makes the decision as to when the Alert status is lifted. The political process should end by the 16th of November. This could even be the end of November. Q. What steps has BEVRC taken? A. In order to avoid long delays in shipping, we have stopped using air parcel for now until the courier service returns to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience, and for orders which have been shipped using air parcel and delayed, we will get you all updated. Thank you Dr Z |

@LexusFPV - Do you know how rude it is to be constantly plugging one vendor in another vendor's thread? Yes we get it, you love ReadyMadeRC. I love them too and think it's a great company, and you're right they have excellent service. But please leave your plugs for them in their own thread.
I do however agree with LexusFPV that it would be nice to see BEVRC be more active on FPVLab. I think Wee was active there for a while, but I haven't seen him around in a long time. |

I appreciate you guys trying to address the problems people have had with support. I myself gave up trying to contact you a few months ago and started buying my products form someone else because of it. I would buy from you again if your support truly has improved.
