Current schedule here
http://www.matoonline.com/ReservedBuildSlots.htm.

$50 reserves a build slot and goes toward the build cost. It is not refundable. Check, money order, or paypal are acceptable. I charge $300 a month for labor plus materials. Large planes with over 100 inch wingspans take from 4 to 6 months to build. I bill monthly for labor and materials used.

About how many hours of labor per month could I expect for $300?

labor charges

For $300 a month you get at least 10 hours per week, usually more. That's $75 a week or $7.50 an hour for an experienced builder!
So at least 40 hours a month, usually more. Also, you get pictures almost daily of all the builds in progress including yours. The pictures start when you leave a deposit for a build.

I found the kit with wing here but it's sold out of course

http://www.philshobbyshop.com/catalo...u?sku=DYFA3020

I can build the wing from the plans. The plans will have enough information to draw the end ribs of a wing half and their positions. I can extrapolate to get the ribs inbetween. I would estimate a month labor or $300 to draw, cut, fit, build the wing. Probably in 3 sections for transport with split flaps and ailerons

Sea Fury

I have a CMJ 88" Sea Fury that has foam wings, verical and horizontal stabs. Would would you be interested in sheeting these pieces. The wings have retracts and will require that additional step to support them. I have all the materials. I've never done this step and the kit is to valuable to me to attempt.

I'm sorry but I don't have any experience with foam.
