Agreed - Even the postal service is EXCRUCIATINGLY slow during the holiday. It may take days for them to "accept" a package even if its sitting on their front counter. Don't panic yet - Paypal hasn't yanked his account, so he must be at least mostly compliant with their rules.

Takeoffs and landings

I compiled this takeoffs and landings video for several different planes. I've found it very easy to hand launch the SH. I hope this helps anyone who is asking or might not be comfortable with it.

Various takeoffs and landings-LOS and FPV (2 min 39 sec)

That SH throw looked a little flat, meaning your hand is a bit closer
to the prop the instant after release than I'd be comfortable with. I find the trick
with the SH is to arc the throw up a bit and release it at the top of the arc and let the
arm continue on down rather than throw it flat and straight like a javelin. One of my
first vids demonstrates that type of throw.

And for whatever it's worth, the trick with the Skywalker is to angle the throw up about 30
degrees. Because of the way it pitches forward at high throttle/low speed, it'll generally
pitch forward from that 30 degree attitude to level, and fly away straight.
On your launch, can see it started close to level, and dove at the ground.

I can vouch for Mark @Cambria. I was able to go up there and pick up a new Skyhunter ON HIS WEEKEND! Now that's customer service!

Maybe I should have gave them the "benefit of doubt".
It kind of just ticked me that he says he sending me a tracking number but when I email him to remind him I get a "out on vacation for Chinese New Year"

I'm good with the holiday, I respect that but at least let me know your shipping it before the holiday comes up.

Well, all the hype on here kind of got me a bit nervous with my investment.
I'm sure he might be a stand up honest and nice guy. But all the posts I read had me a tad bit thinking twice.......

Nevertheless I will see what happens. I'm a pretty forgiving guy. Maybe it is on the way here...

The videos look great.
Would you take some pictures of you plane and label the antenna and equipment locations?
Also what servos are you using for your pan and tilt for your pod.
Thanks
Mark
