300' for us 700' for the neighbor = 1000' x 3 - 42" passes = 3000' of snow removal.

As cold as it here, I saw some report indicating unusually warm temp's on the East Coast, and as this front moves that way it may bring Record cold temps and snowfall levels ~

Looks like another odd, unpredictable year coming up ...

It was 59 and sunny yesterday, today we're in an ice storm.
