DDWILLIE, hate to burst your bubble ,but we have more coming this weekend.
Stay tuned to the news this week.
I will tell you one thing they were right on with this storm.
I was out fighting this storm all night,I spent 4 hour in one parking lot cleaning it out I came back an hour later and it looked like it was never touched.

I sure hope not! 28" is enough. The plowing on this street really stinks! They never pushed it back far enough the first time. The street is normally wide enough to park on both sides and still have enough room for 2 way travel. With each successive pass the travel way got narrower and narrower. Now we are down to just enough room for 2 cars to pass one another. If someone parks it's down to 1 lane. Another plowable storm and we won't get out till spring!

Don't worry be happy, we are sending you some white stuff.
It starts with hail in CA, 4 days of snow in CO's hills and than we let it go towards the East, what ever is left
Gas up that blower, we will let it go to night.

Schrott, that's just plain mean on your part.

We have 14 inches of snow piled up here, and now it's raining---.

Gonna be a mess if it freezes again---.

Why mean, we are just not realy selfish, I hit 6 feet 8 inches for the winter last night, not county 3 inches of rain from 3 weeks ago.
I think we have had for now our fair share and we should not be to greedy and let other have some fun, too.
Socialising the snow a little, don't borgat that snow my friend pass over............

Super pictures Prins. Ya I remember the snow shovel very well. I guess with all that snow you should take a snow day off. Thanks for posting the pictures Prins. Appreciate it.
I can sympathize with Steve as I lived in Georgia for 6 years. It got very cold there sometimes but it only snowed one time in the six years I was there. It snowed 6 inches on a Friday night and the next day the accident rate in Atlanta proper went up 800%. There were no plows, only road graders and front end loaders. We just never got that much snow ever. Norgale

Hi Norgale,
I'm happy to report that we moved from western Michigan (by the big lake) last fall, to Charleston, South Carolina. I've discovered that I like the pictures of the snow and I miss the beauty of it, but not enough to do more that enjoy the pictures. We are getting the tail end of all the snow in the Midwest in the form of 4 days rain. It's 70 today. We are enjoying the south.
Dick

Glad your happy in the South Dick. It's pretty laid back and comfortable most of the time but the summers are miserable. At least in Charleston you won't get the snow storms that they get in other places but i"m sure it gets plenty cold.
I like looking at the pictures too but I do hope to get to see the real thing again someday. The changes of the seasons is what I miss the most down here. Pete

Aww come on now you do get the change of season in Florida you have two “snow-birds” and the one where you can eat out on a Friday night without having to wait an hour.

Sorry so late, here's a shot out my front door Wed night. A lot of what you see is ice pellets. We got another small dose of snow later after this picture was taken.

Ha! Your right about that Dick but that's not a change in the seasons but rather just a change of scenery. Pete
