Keep the setup info coming guys. When there's enough I'll put together some sort of data table with prop, cells, amps, rpm, watts etc. Just to make the info more easilly atainable.

Freeky how the pitch speeds are the same

Both spin smoothly, nicely balanced, sound good statically. Had some odd issues with the 6.25x11's. Rpm was fluctuating a little while moving throttle around. Dunno what that is, could be timing thing. Its possible the long motor wires are causing the esc a lil trouble.

Good pitch speeds there! Although the calculated speed will be a bit out since they are turning on smaller hubs (can never remember which way it makes it go - up or down)...

Probably a case of seeing how they unload in the air, the bigger prop is probably going to give more thrust which could be handy....

Yup it does drop pitch, I cant remember the link to the formula though. Considering this is supposed to be an F5D setup a bit less pitchspeed is probably a good thing.

6S+ will be thrown in for ampfest. Go fast or go boom (or fizzle pop!)

lol, I know its tiny but I'm tired of breaking a 6 dollar prop each flight! I just referbed my tiny SFW wing using an old Razor H2 heli motor with new ceramic bearings! At 27" wing it goes like stink! Need a 10-12a esc now! It'll turn a 3x3 @ 38k and the 4x3 @ 33.5k

Apex I just did a 3.9x4.1 in carbon. If you're interested I can send it to you. It's a one off though!

Its probably to chunky for your setup anyway. I was running 1.5kw through it the other day! Lot of power through a tiny prop!

anyone make a good 4.1 x 4.1 prop for my mega 16/15/2...i tried several apc,, vibrates at the top rpm like crazy....pm me if u have any.

It could be your spinner OOB too (if you're using one).
