requests for scratch build plans

As a thankyou to all those who have followed my build threads and shown interest, and towards the point that im looking at the next 3 months with not much to do (not building anymore planes). i would like to offer to create detailed plans to any modeler out there who requires a set of plans to build the plane they've always wanted but couldnt cos they could get a hold of the plans.

simply post a reply with your desired model type and wingspan. and i will do my best to create a set of scale orthographic plans with measurements and details on component locations.

PLEASE POST AIRCRAFT TYPE AND REQUIRED WINGSPAN

all i ask in return is that you post a build log of your progress and maybe a video of it flying when its finished.

here is the list as is continues:

-aircraft type <wingspan> location of plans

- PZL Warszawa-Okęcie Wilga 104 <900mm> post # 12, <1200mm version> post #26

Been thinking about this today, and for me i am thinking something other than a military type plane. Have been wanting to build a piper pawnee cub, but it has been done, so next i thought the cirrus sr20 but then i remembered the wilga, the fuse on it looks cool. What do you reckon - a Wilga?
BTW i am looking forward to the aussie epp you mentioned

Nice choice, shouldn't be a problem. What wingspan do you want it?

I have bought from foamworks, but got a 6 sheets of 10mm from rcfoam recently for around $80 delivered. You can recommend a power plant if you like, i still have not looked into how i want it to fly - right now i am thinking 50gm 1000kv with 9 - 10 inch prop? Depends on balance and wing loading i guess.
Cheers,
Mick.

how about a nice twin, i know they have been done before, but i was thinking a B25 mitchell.
thinking around the 60 inch, i generally build with 6mm and 3mm depron.

i have a couple of turnigy park 480's 1020kv good for upto 11 inch props.

i build all kinds, but during the winter i get a little warbird crazy, just built hj's spit, and ive almost completed a 46" p40, that i built from a three view.

to have a plan for this would be great, would take a little time to build but i think it would be worth it.

the hj took just over a week, the p40 the same, so i need something to keep me going on the long winter nights. hehe

I just saw your latest build... great minds eh, could you scale that up, id like to do a more scale finish than epp.

haha yeah great minds indeed . yeah no worries. will get on it as soon as the wilga is done.

btw micka80ella.. your plans are well underway. got the basic layout of the airframe out. just need to finish adding the electronics, estimated cg and a few other bits and pieces. At the moment it looks like a 1300kv-1500kv 24g motor from hk would suit this bird nicely for scale flight.. A scale prop for a 900mm wingspan is almost right on 8 inches, which suits both of the motors perfectly and the projected weight assuming the size of the plane and the power output of the motors. will add it in the plans but you can choose as you like to go with it or not.

ooh great... the c27 will be first i think.
60" should be good for both i think those 2 park 480 should give enough power:
i also have a matched pair of turnigy plush 40 esc's, im thinking of running a couple of 3 blades on them, any thoughts on what size i should use.

Turnigy Park480 specs:
Battery: 2~3 Cell /7.4~11.1V
RPM: 1020kv
Max current: 22A
No load current: 8V/1.1A
Current capacity: 28A/15sec
Internal resistance: 0.06 ohm
Weight: 81g (not including connectors)
Diameter of shaft: 4mm
Dimensions: 51x35mm
Required;
40A ESC
2S~3S Li-Po / 6 ~ 10-cell Ni-MH/Ni-Cd
10x7 ~ 12x6 prop
