Depends on what mode you fly. Flat 4ch 3D foamies really like to turn with the rudder, which is on the left stick. 3ch planes have the rudder on the right. If you turn a 3ch using the left stick, nothing happens and you fly into the wall. If you turn a 4ch with the right stick you get a nice roll, into the wall. people used to be taught coordinated turns using BOTH sticks, that would still be valid on a 3ch with the left stick mixed into the right stick. And then you don't need to change your flying style. Of course this is only important when you are already flying 4ch planes and you aren't in the habit of bank and yank flying.
